Refund/Exchange Policy

We only offer a store credit that you can use anytime. You can return a product if you meet the exchange criterias:

• You have 30 days upon reception of your apparel to exchange it
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item should not have been worn, used or washed
• Please note that the gifts from live are final sales and can't be exchange

Your exchange will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own expense if you do not meet the criterias.
