First verify if you meet the exchange criterias:

• You have 30 days upon reception of your apparel to exchange it
• The item must be in its original condition

• The item should not have been worn, used or washed

Your exchange will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own expense if you do not meet the criterias

On a paper write the following information

• Order Number
• Buyer Name
• Email
• Reason for exchange

Prepare a package where you need to put:

• The item you would like to exchange
• The paper

When your package is ready, go to your local post office and send the package back to me

**Do not use UPS, Fedex or DHL to ship the package**

If you are outside Canada, on the custom declaration form which will be added by the delivery courier, ask them to write the following package content: "CANADIAN GOOD RETURNED TO CANADA"

When I’ll receive your package back, I will send you an email with a gift card code of the value of the item you returned which you can use to reorder what you want on my website.
